1. The provision of historical and cultural monuments to individuals and legal entities is carried out for scientific, educational, tourist, informational and educational purposes.

2. Historical and cultural monuments of local significance, which are communal property, are provided for use by decision of local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital.

Historical and cultural monuments of local significance, which are republican property, are provided for use by decision of the authorized body for state property management in coordination with the authorized body.

Historical and cultural monuments of international and national significance, which are communal property, are provided for use by decision of local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital in coordination with the authorized body.

Historical and cultural monuments of international and national significance, which are republican property, are provided for use by decision of the authorized body for state property management in coordination with the authorized body.
