Article 25. Inclusion in the lists of voters (electors) of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. To the voter lists:

     1) citizens of the Republic who have an active right to vote are included.;

     2) citizens at their place of residence in the territory of the relevant polling stations are included.

     Temporarily registered citizens are included in the voter lists on the basis of an application submitted by them to the local executive body with exclusion from the list at the place of permanent registration.;

     3) for polling stations established in rest homes, sanatoriums, inpatient medical and preventive institutions, in places where citizens are located in remote and hard-to-reach areas, at cattle breeding sites, in pre-trial detention facilities and temporary detention facilities, on ships belonging to the Republic of Kazakhstan and sailing on election day, all citizens who will be staying in these institutions and organizations or on board a ship on the day of voting.;

     4) military units include all military personnel stationed in military units, as well as their family members and other voters residing in the locations of military units. Military personnel residing outside military units are included in the voter lists at their place of residence on a general basis.;

     5) according to the polling stations at the representative offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign countries, all citizens residing or on a long-term business trip abroad in the relevant foreign country and having valid passports of a citizen of the Republic are included. Citizens of the Republic who have arrived in foreign countries by private invitation, on official, business and tourist trips, when they apply to the precinct election commission and if they have a valid passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are included in the voter list.

     2. All deputies are included in the electoral lists.:

     1) maslikhats located on the territory of the region;

     2) maslikhats of the city of republican significance and the capital of the Republic, respectively.

     3. A citizen (elector) may be included in only one list of electors (electors).
