Article 25. Information, analytical, organizational and legal support for the activities of the Prime Minister and the Government of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Information, analytical, organizational and legal support for the activities of the Prime Minister and the Government of the Republic is provided by the Office of the Government of the Republic.

     2. The procedure for the formation, reorganization and abolition of the Apparatus of the Government of the Republic, the legal status, the procedure for appointment and dismissal of the head and other civil servants of the Apparatus of the Government of the Republic are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 1995 No. 2688.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
