Article 25. Trading on orders The Law on the Regulation of Trading Activities
1. Trading on orders is carried out by providing information by the seller on the basis of advertising and other ways of distributing information about goods.
The sale of goods by order can also be carried out in standard packages. Packaged (standard) parcels may include sets of goods for various purposes.
2. Trading on orders is carried out through the transfer and (or) acceptance of orders by domestic trade entities directly from the buyer, in places of outbound trade, by telephone or mail order.
3. The price of the order acceptance and fulfillment service, the payment procedure, and the delivery time are determined by the contract.
4. The delivery of goods within a locality is carried out on purpose, the delivery of goods from other places may also be carried out by concluding an agreement with a transport or postal organization.
In case of delivery of goods from another locality, payment for the goods, as well as payment for the services of a transport or postal organization, is carried out by the seller's agent.
5. If the customer refuses to accept an order executed without violating the terms of the contract, the customer is obliged to reimburse the seller for the cost of transporting the goods to the customer and back.
