Article 26. Consultative and advisory bodies under the Government of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Commissions, councils and other consultative and advisory bodies are formed under the Government of the Republic to develop proposals on issues within the competence of the Government.
2. The consultative and advisory bodies are headed by the Prime Minister, his deputies, and members of the Government.
3. Decisions of the consultative and advisory bodies under the Government are advisory in nature.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
