Suspension and revocation of a license for the right to carry out activities for the provision of warehousing services with the issuance of grain receipts are carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
