1. A limited partnership is recognized as a business partnership that includes, along with one or more participants who jointly bear additional responsibility for the obligations of the partnership with all their property (general partners), also one or more participants whose liability is limited to the amount of their contribution to the authorized fund of the partnership (contributors) and who do not participate in the partnership's business activities. activities.
2. The legal status of general partners participating in a limited partnership and their liability for the obligations of the partnership are determined by the rules on participants in a general partnership.
3. The provisions of this Law on General Partnership (Articles 10-25) apply to a limited partnership, insofar as this does not contradict the provisions of this chapter.
