Article 27. Ballot paper for the Republican referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum

     1. The voting bulletin contains the wording of each submitted question and the voting candidate's answer options.

     2. If several issues are submitted to the referendum at once, the voting ballots used for each of them must differ in color.

     3. The voting ballots are printed in Kazakh and Russian languages.

     4. The procedure for the production of voting ballots is determined by the Central Commission of the Referendum.

     5. The voting ballots are delivered to the precinct commissions of the referendum not earlier than three days and not later than one day before the voting with a reserve of one percent of the total number of voters at the polling station.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
