The employment relations of diplomatic service personnel are regulated by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service with the specifics provided for by this Law, as well as the working conditions of diplomatic service personnel abroad, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
