1. The Development Bank is responsible for non-fulfillment of its obligations on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. All disputes arising between the Development Bank, local executive bodies of regions (cities of republican significance, the capital), state bodies, and legal entities for the implementation of this Law are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Persons guilty of violating this Law shall be liable in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
