Article 27. Responsibility of the prosecution authorities of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. When carrying out their activities, prosecutors shall bear the responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The damage caused by the actions of prosecutors and other employees is compensated in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
