1. State control over the quality of public services is the activity of the authorized body for assessment and control over the quality of public services and its territorial divisions to verify and monitor compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services in relation to subjects of state control over the quality of public services.

2. The subjects of state control over the quality of public services include service providers and a State corporation.

3. State control over the quality of public services is carried out by:

1) on-site or off-site inspections with the summoning of officials and (or) the request for materials;

2) monitoring through access to digital systems or on the basis of reporting information and other information in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The subject of state control over the quality of public services is compliance by subjects of state control over the quality of public services with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services.

5. State control over the quality of public services for the activities of central government agencies, their departments and subordinate organizations, foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by officials of the authorized body for assessment and control over the quality of public services, and local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, territorial divisions of central government bodies and departments, organizations subordinate to them, akims of districts in the city, cities of regional significance, towns, villages, rural districts, a State corporation and its branches, as well as individuals and legal entities providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, – officials of the territorial divisions of the authorized body for assessment and quality control of public services within their competence, and if necessary – and officials of the authorized body for the assessment and control of the quality of public services.

6. The provisions of this article do not apply to relations related to the organization, provision and implementation of counterintelligence and entrepreneurial activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
