1. Measures of state support for the development of artificial intelligence are carried out in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State support is provided by the authorized body, government agencies, national development institutions and other organizations within their competence, taking into account the list of priority sectors of the economy for the introduction of artificial intelligence.
