Article 28 of the Law on the State Budget for 1993

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

To establish in the republican budget appropriations for the maintenance of public authorities, state

administrative and judicial authorities in the amount of 106,389,621 thousand rubles, of which: (thousand rubles)

    a) The Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan 5,663,443

    b) The Office of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers

             Republic of Kazakhstan 4,341,726

    c) republican executive and administrative  

       organs 83 008 952

    d) The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1,753,078

    e) The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan 477,876

    f) regional (with permanent sessions  

       Alma Ata city courts 2,131,884

    g) People's courts 5,973,388

    h) Arbitration courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3,039,274

    To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan within one month

Approve expenditure limits for ministries and departments.
