The remuneration of diplomatic service personnel is established on the basis of a unified system of remuneration for employees for all bodies maintained at the expense of the state budget, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The remuneration of the staff of the diplomatic service abroad is determined taking into account the political, socio-economic and material conditions in the host country.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
