In cases where the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations finds violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on matters within its competence, the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations applies supervisory response measures to the Development Bank provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Financial Institutions banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The Development Bank is obliged to notify the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations about the implementation of supervisory response measures within the time limits set in them.
