 IZPI's note! Paragraph 1 is amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 204-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

1. At least ten calendar days before the auction, the trustee shall publish an announcement of the auction in Kazakh and Russian in periodicals distributed in the territory of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of the immovable property, and on the Internet resource of the mortgagee.

2. The auction announcement must contain the following information:

1) the name, description and characteristics of the real estate offered for auction;

2) the exact location of the real estate;

3) the amount of the bidder's guarantee fee, if any, is stipulated in the terms of the auction;

4) the procedure and terms of payment of the purchase price;

5) time and place of bidding;

6) the name(s) and place of residence (location) of the trustee conducting the auction, his telephone number for inquiries and payment details.

One copy of the auction announcement is posted, if possible and there are no obstacles to this, in a prominent place directly on the real estate being put up for auction, no later than ten days before the date of the auction.
