Article 28. The right of a deputy to be promptly accepted by officials of the Constitutional Law on the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies
1. In matters of parliamentary activity, a deputy enjoys the right to freely visit State bodies, public associations, and state organizations, as well as the right to be promptly received by their heads and other officials.
2. The procedure for a deputy to visit organizations whose activities are related to state secrets is established by law.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the organization and activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal status of its deputies.
