Article 29-1. Medical examination of a candidate for the position of judge of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A medical examination is conducted to confirm that a candidate for the position of judge does not have any diseases that prevent him from fulfilling his professional duties as a judge.
2. The list of diseases that impede the performance of professional duties of a judge is established by a joint regulatory legal act of the authorized body and the authorized body in the field of healthcare.
