Article 29-2. Functions of the fulfillment centers of the Law on Regulation of Trading Activities RK

The Fulfillment Center performs the following functions:

1) acceptance of goods from the manufacturer, seller, intermediary or other person who has concluded a contract for the provision of services to the fulfillment center;

2) warehouse storage of the accepted goods;

3) receiving and processing orders for goods, including through digital means of communication;

4) the complete set of goods in accordance with the incoming orders for the goods;

5) Product packaging;

6) delivery of the goods to the buyer by our own delivery service or sending the goods through third-party delivery services;

7) receiving payment for the product from the buyers;

8) Refund processing.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
