Article 29. Constitutional proceedings and the format of its implementation of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Consideration and decision-making on issues within the competence of the Constitutional Court shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure of constitutional proceedings established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Constitutional Law and the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court.

     2. Constitutional proceedings are conducted in paper and (or) electronic formats.
