Article 29. Election program of the candidate, political party of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
A candidate for President, for deputies of Parliament and Maslikhat, for akims, for members of another local government body, a political party that has put forward a party list, comes forward with an election program for their future activities. The election program should not proclaim the ideas of forcibly changing the constitutional order, violating the integrity of the Republic, undermining the security of the state, inciting social, racial, national, religious, class and clan discord, the cult of cruelty and violence, as well as the creation of paramilitary groups not provided for by law.
In case of violation of the above requirements, the relevant election commission has the right to refuse registration of a candidate, a political party to register a party list, and in the case of nomination of such an election program by a candidate or a political party after registration, to cancel the decision on registration of a candidate or a party list.
