Business entities participate in public-private partnerships in the following forms::

1) financing of public-private partnership projects;

2) memlekettik-zhekeshelik ariptestyk objektilerin kuru zhane (nemesa) paidalan;

3) project management of public-private partnership;

4) transfer of property and property rights for the purposes of implementing a public-private partnership project;

5) transfer of exclusive intellectual property rights;

6) participation in the creation and operation of a public-private partnership company;

7) other forms that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2015 No. 379-V SAM.

This Law defines the legal conditions of a public-private partnership, its methods of implementation and regulates public relations arising in the process of preparing and implementing a public-private partnership project, concluding, executing and terminating a public-private partnership agreement.
