1. To determine the degree of fitness of citizens for military service on a permanent basis, medical commissions are established by decision of local executive bodies in regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, cities and districts, which conduct medical examinations.:

1) pre-conscripts;

2) conscripts;

3) those liable for military service who are called up for military training;

4) citizens entering military service under contract, military service in the reserve, military educational institutions, military departments, (military faculties) in specialized organizations of the Ministry of Defense.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13.06.2017 No. 69-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3. The procedure for medical examination and the composition of medical commissions are determined by the Rules of military medical examination.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2012 No. 561-IV SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of military service by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the foundations of the state policy on social security for military personnel.
