Article 29. Voting during the Republican referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum
The time, place, organization and procedure of voting in a referendum are determined in accordance with the rules established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
When voting, a citizen puts any mark in an empty square to the right of the answer option for which he votes.
Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592.
This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
