Authorized body:

1) carries out an audit of the activities of a State Corporation within the scope of its competence;

2) develops and approves requirements for the maintenance of information systems in the field of registration of collateral for movable property;

3) develops and approves rules for access to information systems and databases in the field of pledge of movable property;

4) develops and approves the rules for the provision by the State Corporation of statistical and other reporting information on the pledge of movable property;

5) exercise other powers stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The footnote. Chapter 1 is supplemented by Article 3-1 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 17.11.2015 No. 408-V (effective from 01.03.2016).

This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.
