Article 3-1. Oath of a member of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A member of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the following oath to the people and the President of Kazakhstan:
"Before the people and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I solemnly swear to devote all my strength and knowledge to the cause of the economic and spiritual development of my Homeland, the Republic of Kazakhstan, strictly observe the Constitution and laws of the state, follow the principles of legality and justice, civil, interethnic and interfaith harmony in all my actions, faithfully serve the people of Kazakhstan, strengthen the statehood and authority of my country. countries in the global community. I swear.".
2. The oath of office of the members of the Government is taken by the President of the Republic in the manner determined by him.
