Article 3-3. Principles of language policy The Law on Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The principles of the language policy are:

     1) ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of language development;

     2) free use of the languages of the people of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 1997 No. 151.
