1. The purposes of this Law are:

1) sustainable development of aquaculture through the creation of new and (or) expansion of existing industries;

2) increasing the volume of cultivation of competitive aquaculture facilities;

3) the safety of aquaculture facilities for human life and health and the environment.

2. The objectives of this Law are:

1) improving the investment climate and developing the export potential of aquaculture facilities and processed products;

2) support the introduction of innovative and (or) industrial technologies and processes in the field of aquaculture to improve the efficiency of aquaculture entities;

3) development of science, training and advanced training of workers in the field of aquaculture;

4) saturation of the domestic market with domestic aquaculture products;

5) state incentives in the field of aquaculture;

6) ensuring the development of organic aquaculture production in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the production and turnover of organic products".
