Article 3. Basic principles in the field of lottery and lottery activity of the Lottery and Lottery Activity Act

     The basic principles in the field of lottery and lottery activities are:

     1) ensuring equality of conditions for participation in the lottery, assuming equal chances of lottery participants to win;

     2) ensuring transparency, which implies the mandatory publication of the lottery conditions and the results of the lottery prize pool.
