Article 3. Basic principles of concession The Law On Concessions - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan | Kyrgyz Republic Zanymen alynyp tastaldy.

The activities related to the concession are based on the following basic principles:

1) publicity and transparency of the activities of the concessionaire and concessionaire;

2) ensuring a balance between the interests and risks of the concessionaire and the concessionaire;

3) ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of goods (works, services) provided by the concessionaire under the concession agreement;

4) free competition;

5) equality of all potential concessionaires and non-discrimination;

6) making investments by the concessionaire for the implementation of the concession project;

7) the values of the concession project for the population.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2006 No. 167.

This Law defines the legal conditions of the concession, the types of state support for the concessionaire, and regulates public relations arising in the process of concluding, executing, and terminating concession agreements.
