Article 3. Composition and procedure of formation of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Constitutional Court consists of eleven judges, including the Chairman and his Deputy.
2. The Chairman of the Constitutional Court is appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the consent of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court is appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court from among the judges of the Constitutional Court.
4. Four judges of the Constitutional Court are appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, three judges of the Constitutional Court are appointed by the Senate and the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the Chairmen of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
