1. Legal acts must meet the following general requirements:

1) contain regulatory or individual authoritative legal prescriptions;

2) be adopted at a national referendum or in accordance with the procedure established by this Law and other legislative acts.;

3) they should be addressed to an indefinite circle of people or to individually determined persons;

4) should be aimed at regulating public relations;

5) should be aimed at the creation, modification, addition or termination of the rights and obligations of individuals and (or) legal entities.

2. Legal acts are divided into the following types::

1) regulatory legal acts;

2) non-normative legal acts.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
