1. The housing fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes private and public housing funds.

2. The housing stock does not include non-residential premises, parking spaces, and storage rooms in residential buildings.

2-1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective from 07/01/2025).

3. The deprivation of housing is allowed only by a court decision in cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The specifics of housing ownership by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, and cities of regional significance in the form of incentives for athletes who are champions and prize-winners of the Olympic, Paralympic, and Deaflympic Games are determined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Physical Culture and Sports."
