1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on minimum social standards and their guarantees is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

3. The provisions of this Law are the basic ones for the development and adoption of regulatory legal acts establishing legal norms in the system of minimum social standards.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
