1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on procurement of certain quasi-public sector entities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for by this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

3. Purchases of certain entities of the quasi-public sector are carried out taking into account the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Industrial Policy".
