1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the main pipeline is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for by this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
