1. The parties to the relationship when registering a pledge of movable property are:

1) the pledgor, the pledgee;

2) registration authorities;

2-1) State Corporation;

3) third parties.

2. The general management and control over the activities of registration authorities is carried out by the relevant state bodies, and over the activities of legal entities that register mortgages with certain types of movable property is carried out by a state body authorized by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.
