The regulation of public relations in the field of professional qualifications recognition is based on the principles of:

1) accessibility of information – open access to information about the procedure for passing recognition of professional qualifications;

2) transparency and objectivity – ensuring that candidates' rights are respected in the recognition of professional qualifications;

3) independence – the autonomy of recognition centers from educational organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
