1. The purpose of the state youth policy is to create conditions for the full-fledged spiritual, cultural, educational, professional and physical development of young people, participation in the decision-making process, successful socialization and the direction of their potential for the further development of the country.

2. The objectives of the state youth policy are:

1) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of youth;

2) the involvement of young people in the socio-economic and socio-political life of the country;

3) fostering citizenship and strengthening the sense of Kazakhstani patriotism.

3. The State youth policy is based on the principles of:

1) the priority of cultural, moral and spiritual values;

2) citizenship, responsibility, diligence;

3) interfaith harmony and interethnic tolerance;

4) the continuity of generations, the priority of family education;

5) youth participation in the formation and implementation of the state youth policy;

6) a scientific, integrated and consistent approach in the formation and implementation of state youth policy.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
