1. The purpose of establishing the National Chamber is to create an institutional foundation for the growth and further development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The tasks of the National Chamber are:

1) consolidating the entrepreneurial community;

2) representing, ensuring, and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business entities;

3) organizing effective interaction between business entities and their associations (unions) and government bodies;

4) assistance in creating favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) participation in the process of improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan affecting the interests of entrepreneurship;

6) other tasks stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The system of the National Chamber includes:

1) at the national level:

The National Chamber;

accredited by the National Chamber, republican intersectoral and sectoral associations (unions), republican associations (unions) of small, medium, and (or) large businesses, as well as self‑regulatory organizations in the field of business activities;

2) at the territorial level:

chambers of entrepreneurs of the capital, regions, and cities of republican significance (hereinafter referred to as regional chambers);

regional intersectoral, regional industry associations (unions), as well as regional associations (unions) of small, medium and (or) large businesses accredited in regional chambers;

associations (unions) accredited in regional chambers, self-regulatory organizations in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity of the capital, regions and cities of republican and regional significance;

district associations (unions) accredited in regional chambers, cities of regional significance, self-regulatory organizations in the field of entrepreneurial activity;

3) at the city and district levels: branches of regional chambers in the districts of the capital, the relevant regions, cities of republican and regional significance, as well as in cities of regional and district significance (hereinafter referred to as branches of regional chambers); 4) legal entities with the National Chamber as a founder, established to achieve the goals of this Law; 5) branches and representative offices of the National Chamber located in a foreign country.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
