1. This Law is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applies to machinery and equipment manufactured in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their life cycle processes.

2. This Law does not apply to machinery and equipment, the requirements for which are established by other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Machines and equipment that do not meet the safety requirements established by this Law and technical regulations are not allowed to be used in the processes of production, sale, storage, transportation, operation (including repair,

technical and maintenance services).

4. It is prohibited to sell machinery and equipment on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan that does not comply with the requirements of this Law, technical regulations intended for display at exhibitions and demonstrations.

During such demonstrations and exhibitions, necessary measures should be taken to protect human life, health, and the environment.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
