1. This Law applies to relations related to the application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures against third countries in order to protect the economic interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Law does not apply to relations related to the provision of services, the performance of works, the transfer of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects or the granting of the right to use intellectual property objects, investments, currency control and control of specific goods, which are regulated by other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to third countries in order to protect the economic interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
