This Law is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applies to all types of toys produced in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for:

1) festive toys, including Christmas decorations (artificial Christmas trees, accessories for them, electric garlands);

2) equipment and equipment intended for collective use on playgrounds;

3) toys installed in public places for the purpose of generating income;

4) toy steam engines, mechanisms with internal combustion engines;

5) puzzles with more than five hundred components or puzzles without images intended for specialists;

6) air guns, precision replicas of firearms;

7) slingshots, slings and catapults;

8) arrows for throwing at a target with metal tips;

9) jewelry items intended for children;

10) fireworks, including percussion caps, with the exception of percussion caps designed specifically for use in toys;

11) electric furnaces and other products imitating household items operating at a rated voltage of over twenty-four volts;

12) products containing heating elements used in the educational process under adult supervision;

13) video games connected to video monitors operating at a rated voltage of over twenty-four volts;

14) baby nipples and pacifiers;

15) scaled-down models, designed in detail, designed for adult collectors;

16) sports equipment, sports and road (walking) bicycles, navigation equipment intended for use at great depth;

17) dolls of folklore and decorative nature and other similar items for adult collectors.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
