1. This Law is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applies to relations related to the process of production and dissemination of statistical information.

2. Relations in the field of legal statistics and special accounting are regulated by this Law, taking into account the specifics provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Legal Statistics and Special Accounting".

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 257-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state statistical activity, as well as in determining the quality of administrative data, and is aimed at meeting the needs of society, the State and the international community for official statistical information.
