1. The subjects of tourist activity include:

1) tour operators;

2) travel agents;

3) guides, tour guides, and tourism instructors;

4) public associations in the field of tourism activities;

5) an organization established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of domestic and inbound tourism;

6) operators of the tourist fee for foreigners.

2. Tourism facilities are specially created or adapted facilities that are directly used by tourists for temporary residence, relocation, recreation, recreation and cultural leisure.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2001 No. 211.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social, and organizational foundations of tourism activity as one of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
