1. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) creating conditions for resolving a dispute (conflict) while respecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens;

2) reducing the level of conflict between the parties.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) providing the parties with the opportunity to resolve the dispute (conflict) through mediation;

2) providing assistance to the mediation parties in achieving a dispute resolution option (conflict) that suits the mediation parties

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2011 No. 401-IV.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mediation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines its principles and procedure, as well as the status of the mediator.
