1. This Law regulates relations related to standardization activities.

2. The objects of standardization are products, processes, and services that are or have been standardized.

3. The subjects of the national standardization system are state bodies, as well as individuals and legal entities engaged in standardization activities.

This Law defines the legal framework for the functioning of the national standardization system.
