1. This Law regulates legal relations:

1) related to the specifics of the legal status and activities of gambling business organizers;

2) arising between the gambling business organizer and the participants of gambling and (or) betting during the conduct of the game and (or) betting;

3) arising between the gambling business organizer and the authorized body.

2. This Law does not apply to the organization and holding of lotteries, as well as activities related to the provision of services using slot machines without winning, holding sporting events, including bowling (bowling alley), go-karting, billiards.
