This Law applies to state and local executive bodies, as well as to individuals and legal entities that are subjects of public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
